Taking
a Nap
Most people think that taking a nap
is good for their health. Actually, much taking a nap can gives some negative
impacts for their health, eventhough taking a nap is one way to restore their
body. It can make people became lazy. It also results negative effect such as
headache and anemia. It also decreases helth rate. Now, I realize that much
taking a nap is dangerous for health.
Napping cause sleep inertia,
especially when sleep only lasts for 10-20 minutes. Sleep inertia is about
feeling groggy and diorieted sufferer which came whn awakened from a deep
sleep. Although this state lasts only a few minutes to a half hour, it can be
detrimental when the patient had to directtheir activities. Decline in
condition and postnap disorientation experienced more severe and lasts longer,
the less people sleep or nap for longer time.
Sometimes taking a nap can make
people feel dizzy when they woke up. It happens because people are taking a nap,
they still receive stimuli from outside that makes them get dizzy for example,
our eyes still receive little stimulatin in the form of light penetrates the
eyelids. It can happen because taking a nap is usually less than the sleep at
night so the relaxation does not happen normally. Just imagine your body in a
relaxed state while the brain is still hot as it was calculating math problems.
It is not balance, is it? Well, this imbalance makes your brain receives a
different response from every direction. The brain will be confused to respond
relax or focus. Therefore we will automatically headache.
Taking a nap also disturbs sleeping
period, prolonged nap or afternoon can disrupt periods and quality of sleep at
nigh. If you feel thtat, it is difficult to sleep at night, it is because you
taking a nap too much, it makes you are more difficult to sleep at night. In
addition, many studies identified that too much taking a nap can lead to heart
failure in people at risk. This disease is very dangerous if the patient is
encouraged to reduc the share or forbidden to take a nap, it is good when it is
done.
Although some studies suggest that
taking a nap is a useful way to reduce fatigue. If also can indicate laziness,
lack of ambition, and low standards. When you think about how this might be a
good idea to set your sleep period, you have to remember, regular, and adequate
sleep that can make you stay in the best condition. When you have long time o
much to sleeps, you have to remember that, it is not making your body healthly
and fresh. It will make you feel so tired. You should remember that taking a
nap is not a good activity a all.
