Being Parents


Being Parents

            Mother is a precious woman ever in my life. She is a figure of a woman who never complained and always be patient with all happening. She always does household without ever complaining. Harmonious family is a family which lives in understanding about all situations. On the other hand, being a father is not easy, my father always tried to work hard for those he loves. Everyone else knows, being a parent is hard job but precious.
            Sometimes I think, how can I be a good parent to my kids later? Can I be a good mother for my children? Can I survive when facing a lot of problems? I think it is an easy thing to do, but difficult to apply. The first thing that I will instill in my children is honesty. I want my children to be honest. I know if the children lie, they can lie again because the lie will be covered with another lie. Maybe being parents and a friend at the same time is a good idea.
            I want to teach my childre to manage their own finance from early age, perhaps by giving them money weekly or monthly, so it can make them able to control their desires which one should be in a priority and which are not. One important thing I will do if I become a parent is to freedom my children to decide their own choiche. I will not educate my children to negative thing, I will release them as long as it is still positive catgory; such as giving them freedom to choos the school that they want, find their own identity, and explore their interests or talents. I did it, because I know how distinct if we curb without giving chance to choose.
            Being a naughty or liar child is usual because of the association of the environment. I am not going to forbid my children making friends because they are living in it. The certainly know about their friends, they might not be a friend with someone who is not good. If my children start to become naughty or a liar, I will be silent without giving a scolding. I did it because I want my children know their mistake by their own. I would sit and listen to their stories or explanation about what they did. Maybe they woud be embarrassed and try not to repeat them. When it is too much, I would advise them first before giving their scolding. If we are too harsh with the child, the child will not care anymore with us.
            Hitting is one of the acts I will never do to my children. Why is that? Because my parents never did that to me; when my parents were angry to me, they did not hit me. So, I will never do that. Besides, I do not want to be mother who nags as my mother. Listening to nag too much makes me bored and I called it annoying.
            I want my son later became a formidable boy who is able to maintain and loving sister because a man’s duty is to maintain what. Other than I hope I’ll be able to be a fun parent who appreciated by my kids not feared. Having children who hate their own parents would be very painful. The children usually hate ther parents because parents cannot understnd the situation of the children. I will approach, love, and learn all their activities make us understand the situation.
            Sometimes what we think best is not best for them. There are times we trust and distrust to children, because children who have started to teens; they will believe their friend than their own parents. Making the rules would not be useful anymore, if there was no trust there. It makes us go awry, do not know what action should be taken. Therefore, I dare to sy that being a parent is a tough job, but precious, because parents are remain patient always do the best for their children, and will never lead their fatigued to be successful.

Taking a Nap

            Most people think that taking a nap is good for their health. Actually, much taking a nap can gives some negative impacts for their health, eventhough taking a nap is one way to restore their body. It can make people became lazy. It also results negative effect such as headache and anemia. It also decreases helth rate. Now, I realize that much taking a nap is dangerous for health.
            Napping cause sleep inertia, especially when sleep only lasts for 10-20 minutes. Sleep inertia is about feeling groggy and diorieted sufferer which came whn awakened from a deep sleep. Although this state lasts only a few minutes to a half hour, it can be detrimental when the patient had to directtheir activities. Decline in condition and postnap disorientation experienced more severe and lasts longer, the less people sleep or nap for longer time.
            Sometimes taking a nap can make people feel dizzy when they woke up. It happens because people are taking a nap, they still receive stimuli from outside that makes them get dizzy for example, our eyes still receive little stimulatin in the form of light penetrates the eyelids. It can happen because taking a nap is usually less than the sleep at night so the relaxation does not happen normally. Just imagine your body in a relaxed state while the brain is still hot as it was calculating math problems. It is not balance, is it? Well, this imbalance makes your brain receives a different response from every direction. The brain will be confused to respond relax or focus. Therefore we will automatically headache.
            Taking a nap also disturbs sleeping period, prolonged nap or afternoon can disrupt periods and quality of sleep at nigh. If you feel thtat, it is difficult to sleep at night, it is because you taking a nap too much, it makes you are more difficult to sleep at night. In addition, many studies identified that too much taking a nap can lead to heart failure in people at risk. This disease is very dangerous if the patient is encouraged to reduc the share or forbidden to take a nap, it is good when it is done.
            Although some studies suggest that taking a nap is a useful way to reduce fatigue. If also can indicate laziness, lack of ambition, and low standards. When you think about how this might be a good idea to set your sleep period, you have to remember, regular, and adequate sleep that can make you stay in the best condition. When you have long time o much to sleeps, you have to remember that, it is not making your body healthly and fresh. It will make you feel so tired. You should remember that taking a nap is not a good activity a all.
